No. The active principal, salvinorin-A, is not chemically similar to any illegal drug and will not produce a false-positive on drug tests that test for illegal drugs.

and since salvia is not illegal they would not test for it directly

ADDED: after 2008 i would be worried about the test then

Companies do not test for the alkoloid salvinorin-A, but the length would be 1-3 days as salvia is not fat soluable.
