Why do i keep getting Urinary Tract Infections I just got over one 2 weeks ago?

Im not sure why i keep getting urniary tract infections i just took antibiotics for one 2 weeks ago it went away and now its back again not really sure why?

Change sanitary napkins often.
Avoid douches, feminine hygiene sprays, and other feminine hygiene products with deodorant. These can alter the normal balance of organisms that help prevent infection.

Urinary tract infections are usually not transferred from partner to partner. Recurrent infections may be due to inadequate antibiotics, sexual activity, improper hygeine-wiping improperly back to front.

I suffered from these infections for many years. Never found out why although sex was definitely making it worse. I've finally found a cure: I take one antibiotic pill a day and it keeps the infections away. I wish I had done this years ago.

One thing that I couldnt believe...I got UTIs all the time. The doctor told me that one of the causes is----rare beef. Yup. Thats right rare beef..I stopped eating the rare beef and i havent had one since. Another thing I was told. Always pee before and after sexual activity.

Maybe you started to be sexually active recently? I used to have that problem and the doctor prescribed one pill of antibiotic after intercourse and the UTIs stopped. Always pee after intercourse.

If you didn't completely finish your course of antibiotics it could come back.
