Condoms and urinary tract infections? |
So, my husband and I have been married for a few months now. It seems that pretty much every time we have sex using a condom I get a UTI. When we don't use a condom I'm fine. I take all the precautions like urinating before and after sex, drinking lots of water, and washing myself before and after sex. So, why is it just with condoms that I get UTIs? I always seem to be lubricated enough. I just don't understand why this is happening. easy! same thing happens to me. the lubrication in the condoms is what is giving this to you. it is being thrust into your body and obviously your body isn;t agreeing with it...this is wht my doc told me.... Person above might be right, in which case you can try unlubricated condoms. Perhaps you are allergic to the condoms you use. |
