If you've had multiple urinary tract infections can you still have kids in the future?

YES!!! who told you that bad news? thats not true at all. A UTI is simply an infection and it goes a away after antibiotics

Yes, you can have children if you've had multiple UTI's. The uterus and the bladder are two different systems in the body.
The only way that you could possibly have problems is if you have pelvic inflammatory disease.

I believe that you can. The diseases that can cause uterus scaring which causes sterility are chlamydia and pelvic inflamatory disease. Just because you get these diseases doesn't mean that you will be sterile. There is a high risk of scaring if not treated in its early stages, especially for women.
