Transvaginal ultrasound,......?

Ok... My husband and I have been trying to concieve for about 9 months now. I ovulated on the 22nd. We had Sex leading up to ovulation and the day of. Because We have been trying to get pregnant for a while and I seem to be having some female problems my doctor is having me have a tranvaginal ultrasound( they take a camera like thing and stick it in your pelvis o check all your female organs,Im pretty sure they do this sometime during your pregnancy also) to check out my ovaries, uterus ECT..... Could they tell if I am pregnant by now?? My cervix would be closed by now if I am pregnant. Will they be able to tell that on my ultrasound?

An ultrasound pickups pregnancies that are at least 3-5 weeks along. One will see a small outline of the uterus with a dot which is the embryo. If nothing exists, then you're not pregnant.

have you ever tried 500 mgs anti-inflammatory?
both times i got pregnant, my back was out and i took mega asprin.....doc says thats probably why i became pregnant only twice....it's a thought.

as for the transvaginal ultrasound-i wouldn't let them do this proceedure if you think your pregnant-better safe than sorry.

A transvaginal ultrasound uses a penis like probe inserted into your vagina to get a much better view of your internal organs. It is the only way they can spot a fetus in the very early weeks. My wife had one and you see a clearer image of whats going on in there.

errr i hate those things feels like someones molesting u with extra lube. they need to use that for early detection of pregnancy
