Transvaginal Ultrasound? |
My doctor is making me get a transvaginal ultrasound, which is no big deal, since I've had them before. On the hospital sheet, though, the diagnosis says "Pregnancy dating"... I'm not pregnant and I'm just wondering why the diagnosis would say that. Is this just a way to get me into the hospital to get the ultrasound done quicker? Why do you need the ultrasound? Is it for Ovarian cysts? If that was the case, it has been my experience that the sheet would say so. I would assume that is the case. You know, insurance companies ! |
