Why is there relative bradycardia in typhoid fever?

in contrast with other diseases with fever that causes tachycardia, relative bradycardia occurs in typhoid (enteric) fever. what is the exact mechanism behind this? please answer... please....

well, tachycardia is controlled mostly by the sympathetic autnomous system, while the parasympathetic is the one responsble for slow function of the heart. wht i can imagine that happens, is that the typhoid fever causes production of hormones that boost the function of the parasymp. system. i'm not 100% sure. but doctors giv certain meds that include hormones-retainers. the hormone of the parasymp. system is acetylocholin and the retainer(blocker) is acetylocholinesterasie.(this isn't probably the english word, i am no english)
acetylocholin--->diastole of vessels--->bradycardia
