It is caused by gram negative bacteria Sallmonela typhi.its a systemic illnes.typhoyd fever is a desease of developing countries.During first week it is associated with bacteremia,fever,
chills ,rash, bradicardia ,abdominal pain , intestinal bleeding in advanced cases.occasionaly it may be a neuropsychiatric symptoms.Complications in untreated patitons may be intestinal perforation and hemorrhage.it is very serious and life threatning one.Treated by antibiotics. ciprofloxacin, ceftriaxon.
