What is the effect fever/typhoid on the testicles?

The testicles are not capable of heat, when fever/typhoid come the body get over heated what is the effect of this on testicles?
When fever come down, are the sperms healthy as good as in healthy body condition or it takes some days?

The testicles are bound to be affected by fever.Although in general fever, say in influenza, the sperm production may not be affected but in fevers like typhoid that last for longer period and need antibiotics for cure do have an affect on sperm production. The morphology of sperms largely depends upon genetic constitution, and unless there is a mutation or so there may not be deformed sperms.
In mumps the testicles become affected and this may be a source of oligospermia.
