If you are pregnant with Type II diabetes, do your sugar levels increase or decrease?

It will usually increase if not being controlled correctly. You can have a normal pregnancy ans no diabetes problems whether or not you are type II

they can go either way depending on how well the disease is controlled in the first place. that is why a diabetic pregnancy is considered so high risk. the woman would require very close monitoring.

Here is a good resource. Don't let it scare you but it is all in how your control your diabetes and when you are pregnant with Type II it is very important to control your blood sugars and keep and eye on them.
