Someone suggested this to me and i cant live without it so i suggest you try it http://www.hermansherbalstore.com/produc... take a bitter gourd and slice into many pieces as you can put it in a juice blender put sugar and salt until it becomes juice mix it 50-55 times than drink it 3 times a day (everyday) and exercise everyday you are just forty years old but you are getting diabetics, anyway dont worry about that because nowadays all ages people getting diabetics and also it became a common health problem so, you must follow what your doctor suggest and gave...........dont eat alone tablets and eat some greene vegetables add more spinach in your lunch, eat gova tha will help you to reduce your blood sugar level.......and do some physical exercise.......................... I would think that 1 google search would give you enough information to read to last a lifetime on this topic. Actual medical advice and not old wives tales. Avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates. Eat balanced meals at regular times. Whole grain carbs are good. Losing weight helps control diabetes. Diabetes 11 has reached epidemic proportion, at least in North America. Perhaps the doctors are testing everyone now for it. Whether or not you are on medication, your hospital will have a clinic with dieticians you can book for a 2/3 hour seminar on all you need to know and can ask any question you like & bring a friend with you. Following the regimen is simple and easy. You will most likely receive a three ring binder with most of the information you will need as well as phone #'s & email addresses. Diet Guidelines |
