What are strategies on health teaching for diabetic children and those who are at risk of Type II diabetes?

from what i have been hearing all children under the age of 10 will have mandatory testing in school, they will remove soda machines, snack machines and replace them with healthy alternatives for the kids and teach them classes they can understand and take home things for the parent to use while the child is in school. children are at risk for type 1 diabeties and adults who are tested and have diabeties are labled as type ll adults are not like children they cant rely on themselves to take measures its up to the parents to help them on the other hand adults can call the ADA to get help and local hospitals offer classes now on managing your diabeties

look at in this web...its the based on a doctor which won a nobel, and his method is for get insuline and sugar in the best point to cells general health..
