I can suggest ``Compatible`` body type diets for Diabetes II for persons as per their Blood Group.?

Based upon the theory of Nature Cures, I can suggest Diets to ``Prevent, Control and Cures`` over 150 Human Ailments and diseases. The Body Compatible diets are suggested, on the basis of each person`s Blood Group, Age, Weight, Height etc. It is worked out individually, primarily based upon the Human Blood Group. I also suggest ``Onbed Exercises`` which one can easily do on bed in Home, for about 15 to 30 minutes daily which makes body flexible, active, energetic and disease-free. I can suggest ``Total Wellness Methods`` based up on ``Indian Ayurvedical Systems`` in order to maintain constant balance of the ``Vatta, Pitta and Kapha i.e. the Gas , Acidity and Enzymes Secretions respectively`` which are three basic elements that influence the illness or wellness of the human body. I can also provide ``Food Combinations`` that are fully compatibles to every persons body and blood systems, which help body to avoid toxins and provide the required energy for the good health. - Yash.

you are doing a lot of bullshitting.....get it down to to.....you are what you eat....like asparagus piss....Eskimos were on a diet of seal and whale blubber....now white man food makes them have adverse adjustment...lactose tolerent Asians ...because milk products were not in the historical diet......find out what your ancestor's food sources and you will be tolerant and hope you have the genetic traits to forgo 150 aliments.......witch doctors of old, would tell you are sick and then, your mind makes you sick.....just tell your mind to overcome these aliments.....

Thank you for the insight
