Where is Turner Syndrome Most Common?

does anyone know which place in the world has the most reported cases of Turner Syndrome? i also need to know how the mechanism does what it does, and what the impact is on the organism.

i have a report that i am writing, and i need HELP!!! pleace and thank you!!!

Turner's syndrome only affects females.
It affects about 1 in every 3,000 births
It is a chromosomal abnormality. they are missing 1 X chromosome.
The cause in most cases is some fault in the process of chromosome division either during the formation of the egg or sperm or during the first few divisions of the fertilized egg. Occasionally one of the parents has an abnormal arrangement of his or her chromosomes also..I don't have any info what country has the most cases but a web search of Turner's Syndrome might help. I don't know about an organism??
