What is Turner's syndrome? |
all i know is that it is a chromosome disorder. we are doing genetics in biology and i read it my book but it was very vague. Briefly, it is a condition characterised by having 45 chromosomes rather than 46. People affected are female and are 45XO rather than 46XX. This is from the Turner's Syndrome Society. Hopefully it answers some of your questions in better detail than the book. Genetics textbooks can be sooo clinical and not really explain anything. |
