Can boys get Turners Syndrome too....or just girls?

no only females are born with Turner Syndrome,, (you can't GET it)..
a turners female has generally just 1 X chromosome instead of 2..they are classed as X0 , instead of XX ,,,
however just to add confusion a turners female can sometimes have a Y fragment in their genetic make up.. they are still 100% female but the Y makes what ovaries they have likely to develop cancer so they are removed in early childhood. All girls/women diagnosed with TS should be tested to see if the Y fragment is present.

Just girls. By definition, a person with Turners Syndrome has the chromosome makeup XO whereas females are XX and males are XY. Also, a person with Turners is born with the syndrome (not acquired later in life though it might take some time to be recognized).

Girls have it all to themselves.

Simple genetics lesson...in sex chromosomes XX = girl and XY = boy. It is the presence of the Y chromosome that causes the chemical reactions in the womb that make a boy a boy. Should the Y chromosome not be present, the result is a girl with Turner's Syndrome (TS). These indiviuals go on to live happy, healthy and productive lives.
