Will Clotrimazole Anti-Fungal Cream make a verruca go away?

It says on the box it will work for "fungal skin conditions such as tinea, athlete's foot, ring worm and candidal infections including nappy rash and jock itch"
Any chance it will work on my verruca?

No, verruca is a wart....a virus...very different from a fungus. I have used some over the counter wart removal and it has worked...it takes a while, but it works to get rid of them. If you can't find any wart removal at a local drug store, you will need to have a physician (dermatologist) remove them by freezing them. (this is really the best way because it works much faster)

A verruca is a wart and is caused by an virus not fungus. Heres a home treatment that has worked many times in my family. 1. put a corn pad around the wart. 2. put several drops of compound W on the wart. 3. cover with medical tape. 4 Do this twice a day. 5. as the wart turns white, scrap off the dead skin with a file. If the skin around the wart becomes irritated put vaseline on it to protect it from the compound W.. Good Luck!!!
