its like a yeast infection and you have small white spots and they turns red when you sweat or when your in the sun and they itchs sometimes i have them on and side my nose and forhead so if any body know how to get rid of them. Tinea is the medical term for ringworm(which is a fungus..)
you could try an RX med for ringworm to keep it at bay.
