NURSING CARE PLAN for thrombocytopenia?

I was wondering if risk for hemorrhage would work? Can anyone help?

sounds good...depends upon if your instructor is in a good mood or on the rag..

I never did like that part of it. It is all a bunch of gobbledy goop and double speak...

Did you buy the books?...should be some ideas there...avoid medical diagnoses and only use "nursing diagnoses".

Yes. Risk of hemorrhage with mechanical injury when less than 50 (50,000). Risk of spontaneous hemorrhage when less than 20 (20,000).

Nursing student! I just handed in my LAST nursing school care plan!
That sounds good to me! It's a definite possibilty for someone with thrombocytopenia!

Potential for injury may work. It is a little indirect, but if you don't clot you bleed etc.
