NURSING CARE PLAN for thrombocytopenia? |
I was wondering if risk for hemorrhage would work? Can anyone help? sounds good...depends upon if your instructor is in a good mood or on the rag.. Yes. Risk of hemorrhage with mechanical injury when less than 50 (50,000). Risk of spontaneous hemorrhage when less than 20 (20,000). Nursing student! I just handed in my LAST nursing school care plan! Potential for injury may work. It is a little indirect, but if you don't clot you bleed etc. |
