What is Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Pur pura? What are the symptoms?

It is a very low platelet count with no cause. They usually put you on high doses of immunoglobulin to try to make you pump out these platelets, if that doesn't work, they remove your spleen.
Symptoms are all related to the low platelets.
Bruising
bleeding you cannot get stopped
bloody nose or blood in your urine or stool or anywhere for that matter.

Thrombocytopenic" means the blood doesn't have enough platelets. "Purpura" means a person has excessive bruising.
