If you are feeling really sick and need to throw up to settle your tummy (which can happen sometimes to the person who already answered!) try drinking a really surgery, flat drink.

Flat coke, or warm water mixed with loads of sugar will do. This seems to either settle the tum or make you vomit.

But please, if you actually are bulimic, try and get some help with that, ok?

WHY do you need to throw up? You`ve said you don`t have an eating disorder, but you have`nt said what is causing this need....(?).
