Have you had severe permanant physical or mental damage, after receiving Versed for any type of medical test? |
Ever since I had this for a "twillight sleep" in 1991 for an endoscopy, I've never been the same since. I suffer from severe anxiety attacks, bi polar disorder and have permanant throat damage from this test. Has anyone else had a bad reacton to this awful, mind-altering drug that does nothing for pain, just messes up your brain by making you "forget" things? I've written to the FDA and begged them to take this dangerous drug off the market, if you've had problems from this, please do the same!! www.versedbusters.com The short answer is YES! I went to the hospital normal and immediately upon awakening I had mental problems that have continued for years. All the medical people will deny this because they like obedient amnestic patients. Even if you explain the problem(s) the medical folks will tell you that it must be something other than Versed. I have seen it first hand! I have been diagnosed with PTSD from the VERSED. i am a nurse and that is the drug of choice for conscious sedation procedures. i have never had any patients report problems with this drug such as you are describing. the throat damage is not from the versed but more likely from the carlessness of your doctor while preforming the endoscopy. find out what and how many miligrams of drugs you recieved during the test. sorry for your struggle hope you get the help you need. |
