Infants near throat cancer patients?

Is there any harm to infants if they stay with Throat cancer patients undergoing electric shock treatment??/

No, however the patient may not be! It's not always wise to take young children to visit people who are in the middle of treatment as it may cause a lower imune system, and am sorry to say kids carry all sorts of beastly germs.

However, have no idea what this electric shock treatment is?

No problem. Cancer is not a transmittable disease.

I am not familiar with the electric shock treatment. Do you mean radiation?

Anyhow, cancer is not contagious. Mnay doctors do warn of being arounf children because they do carry lots of germs. The flu or even a minor cold can be really hard on a cancer patient, depending on the type of treatment they are receiveing.
