Help needed! Do I have degenerative Disc Disease?

I have been in excruciating pain for months now and been under the care of a neurologist. THe neurologist has diagnosed me with thoracic outlet syndrome and myofascial pain syndrome and done over 6 trigger point injections in my neck and shoulder area (and these did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING) I have actually gotten worse since it all started. He had an MRI done of the C spine and I just recently looked at the report and it shows:
straightening of the cervical lordosis
herniated discs C4, C5 and C6 with osteophyte complex and narrowing at C4-C5
Narrowing at C4-C6
Impression is mild cervical spondylosis and all mentioned above.
The neurolgist NEVER mentioned any of this!! He stopped the trigger point injections cause they weren't working and now he's not doing anything! I am in extreme pain! My neck and upper arm is killing me. I can't move my neck much and my arm is weak, hand gets numb and pain in the shoulder area. I now have trouble walking! What is this? WHere do I go now?

I would get a second opinion, preferably from a good Chiropractor.
