Left arm feels better above my head. arm moves constantly?

Can anyone tell me if they know what could be the problem with my left arm? It moves all the time and feels better above my head. I have gone to a neuro and they thought tardive dyskensia or thoracic outlet syndrome but I lost insurance and now I am in a lot of pain and discomfort. I have a fractured pelvis from 20 yrs ago so i have alot of lower back pain. Could all this be related?

The lower back pain could be related to the TOS, since the nerves travel everywhere. From what I understand from my own doctors, the first treatment for TOS is physical therapy. You might be able to find a PT in your area, who deals with TOS, that uses sliding scale fees. Good Luck.
