How do I take my Vitamins (Am I doing this right)?

I'm currently taking..

with breakfast:
- 500 mg Vitamin C
- 400 IU Vitamin E

with lunch:
- 1000 mg Omega 3 fish oil
- 8000 mcg Biotin
- Vitamin B-complex (Thiamine mononitrate, riboflavine, nicotinamide, pyridoxine HCl)

with dinner:
- 1000 mg Omega 3 fish oil
- 5 mg Folic acid

I was just wondering if I was doing this the right way? My sis takes the same vitamins but she takes hers all together with dinner. When is the best time of day to take each vitamin? For example, my doctor says that I should take the B-complex in the morning as it will make me feel more energized.

Thanks in advance!!! :)

Divided doses are better than a single larger dose.

This applies in particular to the water soluble vitamins B and C. For example, it is much better to take 200 mg of vitamin C three times a day than taking 600 mg once a day.

That seems to be okay, though on top of it you may consider adding Centrum or another all-in-one vitamins to make up what those don't include. Also, L-Lysine and Niacin are good additions.

The place to go is a health store that has a nutritionist in residence. You daily regimen sounds good for the morning breakfast, though add a mega-vitamin and please read the labels on the bottles for instructions. Vit. B complex is an energy supplement and fish oil (vit. D) helps fight many illnesses. Use pure water and not too much at night.
