What if I had testicular cancer but never went to doctors?

Hi guys,Im a a 23 year old and recently went to Docs as I thought Id found a lump in my right testicle. The Doctor was there with a student and the student checked me but not the doctor. The student said he felt my epididimus (the normal lump at the back). But Im still worried. My question is:
What if I had testicular cancer but never went to doctors or found on visit.
I really dont want to go back...Im a hypocondriact I admit it and over the past 3 months Ive been over15 times.ive had chest pains (heart ruled out),shortness of breath, dizziness, left arm pain, jaw ache and all ive had back is anxiety.Ive had several blood tests etc,all fine.
So IF I had testicular cancer and it developed and spread what would happen?I just feel if I went with ANYTHING they would do a few routine tests there (non invasive) and put it down to anxiety.

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.thank you

note:No history of testicular cancer, dont smoke or drink.

thanks for the reply....but when you say..you would die...how?
Would I just feel ok then drop down dead.I would think it was a slow process.ie collapse...or vomitting, etc

At 23 you should know the feel of your own testes. You seem to know the location and feel of the epididimus; can you feel something else there? If so, go back and ask what exactly it is you are feeling - show the doctor exactly where the mass is you are worried about.

Testicular cancer can metastacise, and once it spreads is difficult to stop. The good news is that testicular cancers are typically slow growing masses, so you have time to seek a second opinion and treatment if necessary.

Also talk to the doctor about your obessive behavior. He should be able to refer you to a counsellor who can talk through with you why you are getting these symptoms and anxiety about your health. There is probablly a psychological cause to this.

If you had testicular cancer and it went untreated you would die.

Get a second opinion to be sure.
A junior doctor is not reliable enough and you need to be sure.

MATE U SOUND LIKE A PRUFF BECAUSE YOU KEEP ON GOING TO THE DOCTORS OVER A LITTLE ARM ACHE OR JAW ACHE stupid stuff to go to the fcuking doctor about and then you wonder why they just give back a basic its nothing to worry about, BECAUSE THEY MEAN IT there is Fcuking nothing to worry about. God i bet if u had a saw hand from smacking someone u would go to the doc and say please help me i might have a broken BONE. Fcuking hell people like u do my Fcuking head in.

Mate if you are genuinely worried about the lump below go to another doctor, im being sericous thats rele dangerous if you dont get that checked out properley but aches arnt worth going to the doctor ok, good luck no hard feelings thanks bye.

Try egg sandwiches on a Tuesday but whatever you do, don't let ham slip into the mix...And my misses thought I was a hypocondriact....

You'll die soon

Hey nice meeting you !

get a grip man, at 23 you are unlikely to have anything wrong with you, stop obsessing on yourself and look outside for a change, get involved with the world, in short get a life, live it and stop worrying about stuff that will probably never happen, if they do deal with them then, find a gilrfriend, if you are caring for somebody else, you wont worry about yourself so much.
