Need Answer Quickly! Testicular cancer or cyst??? Or something else????

I'm 15 years old. A couple days ago, during the day, my left testicle began to ache a little. I didn't think anything was really wrong. The next day I woke up and it stung a little, but only when I touched it. Now it stings when I touch the underside of it my testicle. Then about 20 minutes ago I was worried, so I went into the bathroom to examine it a little. I felt a hard little bump in the place where it was hurting me before.

So, I'm really worried. Do you think it's just a cyst or something, or testicular cancer? It's just a little bump that stings a little when you touch it or sqeeze a little. I'm too afraid to try to pop it in case I do more damage, but I want to know if anyone who knows 100% what they're talking about has any advice. It's really worrying me.

And is testicular cancer possible at age 15?

Oh, I forgot to mention. It's a certain part of my testicle that hurts when touched. It's not the entire underside. It's near the back and a bit up. So It's kinda false info to say the underside.

Go to a doctor immediately. It may be nothing, but could also be due to torsion in which blood flow is restricted. If there's swelling and it's painful to urinate, then it's torsion. There's nothing to be embarassed about going to the doctor.
