Is This Testicular Cancer??

Under my left testicle there is this painless, soft mass which seems to be attached to the tesicle and seems to go down a bit...(I can't feel the same thing under my right testicle)...is this 'mass' something normal or is it something like Testicular Cancer??(I am 14 yrs old)

What i felt might be the Epididymis though i feel like it is a little bigger around my left testicle than right testicle.

A common problem of the scrotum is the development of masses. Common scrotal masses include
* Sebaceous cyst, also called an epidermal cyst
* hydrocele
* hematocele
* spermatocele
* varicocele
Consult the doctor.
Please see the web pages for more details on Scrotal masses.

go see a doctor but its not normal 4 ur age

Yay for you for examining your testicles! There's a lot of emphasis on women examining their breasts, and not nearly enough on have young men do self testicular exams. Good for you! So... there are lots of things that it could be. It could be as harmless as a cyst, or it could be a tumor of some sort. Teticular cancer is one of the only cancer who's victims are most often under 50. Most cases of testicular cancer occur betwen the ages of 16 to 35. I would seriously recommend going to a doctor and letting him or her examine it further. I know it can be embaressing asking your parents to take you to the doctor for something so personal, but do it! It will be worth it, if not to save your life, at least to put your mind at ease!
