2. What was your initial reaction to the events of September 11, 2001? I felt terrible for the families of the hurt people.

3. As the events began to unfold and the identity of the perpetrators emerged, did your attitude towards Muslims change? Honestly, somewhat. I wish I could say it didn't. It did however make me want to research their beliefs more... which I did... and learned more about why the things that happened, did.

7. Do you believe Islam is a religion that preaches killing in the name of God? No, I do not believe that it is what the religion is meant to preach. BUT, I do believe that somewhere along the line it has been misconstrued to preach that.

10. Do you believe Muslims hate America? some yes, but majority, no.

11. Do you believe Muslims get a bad rap in the media? Why or why not? Yes they do... because of the stigma of their religion. Is there anything we can do about it, no.... but the same thing happened after pearl harbor. Japanese people were hated. It is just a matter of time before we as a nation get over it and learn to forgive.
