I think a lot about things like death, pain, sufferings, war. Is it ok or some problem with me.? |
Everyday I will think about death, I will think that one day I have to die, people I love will die, what will happen after the death, what is my purpose here, I also think about suffering, pain that one goes through and day I might have to also go through pain and suffering. I think about people dying in accidents, terrorist attack , war, epedimic, disease. There is lot of negative thinking and I can not stop it. Do u see a problem here. Please advice. Thanks. It is normal to have legitimate concern for the topics you have mentioned but it sounds as though you find these thoughts intrusive and overwhelming. If you find yourself overwhelmed and burdened by these recurring thoughts they are most likely causing problems in your daily activities and can become life controlling. In this instance, your concerns must be addressed by a professional therapist. I suggest goiong to the doctor or getting a psychiatrist for depressed pills Yes. You are have an unhealthy obsession and should seek professional help . All this will eventually have a negative effect on you physical, and mental health, in time. I think about the same things every single day well first how old r u that plays a big role in this and I am 15 so I think some teens go through this but that deppends on ur age, but I d not think it is a big deal right now but if it gets worse seek help. The problem is that it sounds like you want to stop thinking about all this death and pain and you can't seem to stop. Theres no such thing as a wrong thought, in fact those who ignore these issues are the ones doing themselves harm in long term, everyone must face tragedy at some point in their life, and its best not to live up untill that moment pretending it wont happen. there is no "problem" with you. I have to believe that it is natural to question your life and purpose. we are living in a world where we are not free from worrying about our safety and well-being so it may be difficult to not think about these things. I think about these things also, and I would guess many others do too. If your thinking about them is creating a lot of distress, or keeping you from living your life to the fullest, it might be a good idea to see a therapist who may be able to help you restructure your thoughts. I have struggled with obsessive thoughts in the past, and there are some really cool websites you can find if you use google to look. They may have some ideas that will help you. |

Not sure those questions really relate to a school nurse. You could ask her about the procedures for students taking medications while at school, what they do in cases of a emergency with a studen... I think you need to go to the doctor, who can examine you. ... |
