for the past week i have been geting headaches about the same time every day thought it was a sinus headache till it started hurting in the back of head it is only onthe right side behimdmy eye and behind my ear and just below my head on my neck .also thought it might be my contacts so i went without them yesterday and it made no diffrence its not bad but wont go away and i hate taking pain killers so a couple of excedren work but im tired of taking them i take 2-3 a day for the last week any advice? hey better take the tablets bcoz if u dont do so it might bcum severe n may cause to hav sum more tablets.even im having sinus problem to control it dont lie under the fan. turn to one side n sleep. done sleep faced to sky . n this will reduce ur pain. always hav hot water this is the best way.and dont use pain killers too often its very dangerous to ur health.eat the tabs which r only prescribed by the doctor ok. bye get well soon. Stop trying to treat yourself and go to a doctor. If you are only experiencing it on one side, it's a migraine, not a tension headache. And, a tension headache wouldn't come and go like that. A migraine left untreated could last up to 15 days. My advice is to see a doctor so they can help you break the cycle. Could be a migraine or a neck related headache.
