Tension headache question?

I've been getting a pressure feeling in one spot of my head (back top rightish part) and feels like somone is pressing down with their finger on it. it doesnt really hurt unless I press down on it. Could this be a tension headache? Its only in the one spot.

It doesn't sound like a tension headache. Generally those are more diffuse and come from the upper/back part of your neck and jaw and into your head. Typically, pinpoint (focal point) headaches are slightly more concerning, because they can indicate more sever problems, like stroke. Usually, they are still just a headache though. If you are concerned, you should see your doctor.

Coming from someone who also suffers from tension headaches, the best
advice i could give you is go to a chiropractor. It has made such a difference
to me. Also, maybe figure out what is causing your tension. Also. a massage
would really help.
