Tension headache starts down inbetween my shoulders? |
Okay yesterday afternoon I went christmas shopping for my mom. somewhere inbetween the dollar store and wraping the gifts I got this really bad tension headache. The pulsing feeling starts in between my shoulders and works its way up to the front of my skull. I also get the rushing sound in my ears. I chiropractor is closed today and until next wensday. It hasn't gone away. is there anything else I can do? I should mention i had brain surgery I'm still recovering from. it was about a month ago Pull your shoulders up to your ears, then press them down. Repeat a few times. You can also roll your shoulders frontwards & backwards to help loosen your upper back muscles. is your dr. aware of this problem? if not then your should consult him |
