I had the same problem. I bought a pillow that was a little bit more firm and it seems to have helped.

This could be way off base but I get the same thing all the time. I however have arthritis in my neck and a condition called syringomyelia. Maybe you should get an MRI if there is no other reasonable explaination for your headaches and sore neck!!!

well in my personal experience i get tension headaches from either stress related events can cause headaches. and secondly if your back is out of whack and needs popped then it can cause headaches until you get it back into place. what i do that helps is lay flat on my back on the floor and bend my legs one at a time up to my chest and then release them back to the floor. i hope this helps for ya

Tension headaches are generally caused by stress or our bodies inability to handle stress and B-12 will help mend any nerve damage. I suggest a good B-complex since they work best together. Also subligual is much better than oral because it is delivered into the blood stream and doesn't get filtered out by your liver. If your problem is from strained muscles in your neck then try sleeping on a matt on the floor with a better pillow and stretching your muscles before and after you sleep.

you should probably see your doc and see if you have a pinched nerve. That could cause pain like you describe. Sometimes it just takes time and sometimes you need certain kinds of exercise to get the muscle strong again. good luck

Dr Christy in San Antonio Texas is the best Chiropractor i know its how youre sleeping

It sounds as though you headache is from muscle spasms.
Suggest you consider seeing a doctor to eliminate spine problems and start a good neck strengthening program.
The doctor can suggest OTC or Rx that may give you temporary relief.
