Lateral epicondylitis / Tennis elbow? |
I suffer Tennis elbow for more than 2 years now. I have tried 2 different type of therapies (physio, cortisone injection) but it do not help. I also have a brace under my elbow when I play Badminton. It absorbs the tension....it helps but the pain still there. I appreciate if you can share with me how you cure your tennis elbow. Please do not cut and paste any article from the internet. I want to hear your own experience. I'm a therapist and clients tell me that Paraffin therapy, massage and simple stretching exercises help a lot. Seek out a well-educated massage therapist. Also, there are two books - Ben E. Benjamin's "Listen to your Pain" and the Trigger-Point Therapy workbook are excellent references. I have suffered from tennis elbow for a year or more. I tried lots of things, but i found out about prolotherapy on the web and decided to give it a try. Research prolotherapy |
