Camphor and Tennis elbow? |
Hello I have a tennis elbow (right arm) but I've been using my left arm so much (cause the right one hurts too much) that now my left elbow also hurts. I've been told that warm camphor could help relieve the pain, but do you know of any alternative (that doesn't smell as much) I can use during the day at work? Any over the counter arthritis cream will help and they come orderless. |
