Tennis Elbow (Manual Therapy hurt)? |
I am going Manual Therapy (Tennis Elbow). It hurts during and after the therapy. The Physiotherapist said it is ok and common. Any physiotherapist out there have the same comment? Intralesional steroid injection would help if physiotherapy alone is not working. Ask your physiotherapist to provide you with ultrasonic therapy, which may be beneficial. Take some pain killers along the way and provide rest to your affected arm. |
