Tendinitis? What can I do now? |
I have tendinitis in my thumb for about 15 months. I still have pain and cannot use my hand properly. Normally tendinitis will be reduced by rest, but in your case there is something not healing. I would recommend using the brace at night, and beginning some range of motion exercises and strengthening to get it back on track. I'll link you to a few good sites. Good luck. |
