Tendinitis? Guitar playing? |
I have tendinitis for about 15 months already and I still have pain. Yet I'm still playing guitar once a week, for about 30 mins. If you're just recovering it probibly best to ease your hand back in , just playing lightly for short periods of time. A 30 minitue sesion is probably too much at once if it's still hurting. |
