Tendinitis in my wrist what should I do?
I use to go ln the computer for 9 hours a day, but now I reduced to 2-3 hours a day. Is that enough time for it to heal? Or should completly stop.
Any other tips that will heal it faster. thanks

sure it is not carpal tunnel... try some Tylenol and place a wet washcloth in the microwave for a few seconds and wrap around your wrist...relieves some pain...maybe try a wrist brace.

try using heat and take frequent breaks while you type
