Elbow(golfer's) Tendinitis recovery? |
I am recovering from tendinitis. It is slowly getting better but there is still a faint sort of crunching noise when I flex my arm out.(Palm down). Is this scar tissue build up?This really doesn't bother me except for the fact that it hinders my guitar playing.I don't seem to have the stanima I once did and If I play too long it gets a little sore. Will this crunching noise go away without surgery?Warming up does help alot(I use a dynaflex powerball and a handmaster). It should go away. I had the same problem and it went away in about 2 weeks. If it doesnt get better i would consider more drastic measures. |
