Shoulder pain, tendinitis or something else? |
For 5 months now i haven't been able to train using bench press and shoulder press at the gym. Oh my god, I have the same problem. Its been going on for about 4 months and we haven't tried the cortisone treatments yet but getting close. Right now I'm on a med pack of prednizone and that seems to be working to get the inflammation down in the shoulder so I can get a better range of movement but who knows if it will come back. Physical therapy might be in the future for you, my doctor wants to try it before we go the cortisone route. Good Luck i used spirulina,,tumeric and i think cumin, |
