The adults amore able to tolerate alcohol, not the new drinkers. New drinkers meaning the drinking age now is dropping.

It is best to avoid drinking youg or old. It affects your mental capacity, your reflexes. That is why it still the highest cause od death from accidents.

You just do more damage sooner at a younger age than an older age, otherwise there is no difference.
