How do you get rid of belly fat on a thin teenage girl?


I'm 15 , 5'4" and 108 lbs. I know I'm not fat, I just have belly fat, and I've had it forever and I've been trying to get rid of it for years. I'm a dancer and I get plenty of cardio, I eat right, I drink lots of water and green tea, never soda. I do crunches and leg lifts and stuff, and I feel like my abs are very well toned, but I just have a layer of fat over it and I need to get rid of it. Is it ever going to just go away??

Please don't tell me about diet and exercise...I have that taken care of. Are there certain ab exercises or anything I can do to get rid of this belly by summer so I can finally wear a bathing suit comfortably??

I swear I'd do ANYTHING to get rid of this impossible belly fat =(

keep doing sit ups...thats the main thing...but i think that its baby fat. most people dotn get rid of theirs until 18 years oldd.

Seeing as you're fifteen, you'll probably grow out of it within the next few years. I wouldn't worry about it. It seems to me you are doing your best to stay healthy, and that is the important thing. Don't let your self-esteem levels drop because of somethign as trivial as that.
I've suffered from an eating disorder recently (a little over a year now), and it isn't fun. You shouldn't worry about it sweety.

i had the exact same problem until i started doing abs exercise before going to bed and also in the morning before breakfast. i do 70 to 80 sit ups each time and has helped me get a flat tummy which i loveeeeeeee.. so ya try it ;). Im sure you won't have trouble starting with 60 to 70 sit ups since you already do cardio and dancing.
