im 14 years old, and i like to jog for 6 hours per week (2 hours on a busy week) I agree with other posters that your weight sounds just right - I'm sure you've already done BMI calculations and can tell that you are well within range - if not go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and check it out. MUSCLE does weigh more than fat! Eat at least 1600 + calories per day! Ok, first of all, you should consult your doctor first before going on any diets or doing any exercises. Also, you are only 14!!! And with your height, you are the just the right weight! If you truly want to lose MORE weight, do Pilates and drink a lot of tea to prevent you from snacking on those tempting little sweets or fats. I suggest one in the morning and one in the evening!. Again, you don't need to lose the weight and I would really stress the fact that you should talk to your doctor first. |
