Teenage Weight issues??

I'm 14 years old and 5'4. I'm not overweight im just average. But i would like to be skinnier. Im not going to do that stupid anorexia stuff. I just want to lose the weight the healthy way. I want to lose like 10 punds by late June. But i need help with how to do that. Workouts that work? But i cant really talk my mom into buying pills or anything. So if you know of any workouts or meals or drinks that i can have to help me get skinnier that'd be amazing!!

i was just like you, and average size but wanted to shed a few pounds especially for summer. and i did it the healthy way, no pills or eating disorders. i usually do around 30-40 minutes of a cardio work out a day, whether it is running, using the eliptical or stationary bike or walking quickly on a treadmill on a steep incline.... the cardio helps you burn the calories and makes your legs look great. i also did some push-ups and dips to tone my arms and classic crunches and leg lifts for abs. My diet was simple, keep track of everything i ate and just measure out the serving size of whatever i am about to eat. i aimed for around 1400-1600 calories a day (a safe normal number) and used fitday.com to keep track (there is also calorie-counter.com if you prefer) i didn't really foods out i just ate everything in moderation (and instead of having icecream everynight i limited to 1 or 2 nights a week and measured out my portion) i hope this helps you like it helped my i dropped 15 pounds like this in like 2 months... so you might make the end of june thing if you start now. good luck i hope this works for you :) lemme know if you have anymore questions.

eat less and eat fruit. 1 hour jogging or 2-3 hrs walking. limit cals to 1800 to lose weight fast. it would be better to drop calories gradually though

Fruit, water and exercise.
