Workout for Teenage Girl?


I'm about 5'1", with a weight of about 108lbs. I think I look great until I see my thighs. WHat is a specific workout move that will work on my thighs? An ab workout would be apreciated if you know one offhand, but it is not necessary. I already don't drink soda, it doesn't agree with me, and I drink water every day, instead of soda or coffee or anything. My diet is okay also. I think that is all the information you need, but if there is anything you need, tell me and I will add it. Thanks!!!

Thighs : Squats, Shadow Chair

Squats: Bending knees while keeping back straight, going up and down, ya know what i mean?

Shadow Chair: THIS ONE HURTS! Pretend there is an invisible chair against the wall, stay there.


Ab: Crunches/Curl ups

Crunches/Curl ups : Lie down, knees bent. Keeping hands on the ground. Then pull yourself up, but not all the way up. DO NOT MOVE YOUR HEAD.


DONT DO SIT UPS, SCIENTISTS HAVE PROVEN THAT IT KILLS! LITERALLY KILLS THE LOWER BACK
