How can i lose weight?? |
Hi i want to lose about 20 pounds! I need to lose weight, so don't be worried that im going anorexic! I know exercise and eat better, can you be more specific?? Does it help by drinking milk?? Eating eggs for breakfast?? Im a teenage girl, needing to lose some weight, please help, and any websites will be soo appreciated!! Eat vegetables, this can help proper bowel movement. Sure eggs is good but make sure that they're not too oily when fried. Its not advisable to skip meals...
