What does it mean when you have fast metabolism?

i'm a teenage girl,
if i drink something,
i can go...to the bathroom,
right then (haha)
and if i eat something,
i can go to the bathroom within 20 minutes.
is this good? bad? normal?

It sounds like your pipes work well. BTW, if you are going #2 20 minutes after you eat, it's only because that is what your body is supposed to do (making room for more waste). You are not getting rid of the food you just ate, you are getting rid of food that you ate hours or a day before.

It's normal

it has nothing to do with metabolism. A high metabolism means you burn calories at a higher than normal rate. You probably just have a very efficient digestive system.
